March 26, 1983 - Sept. 11, 2007

Kimberly Fern Scott, beloved wife, mother, daughter, sister and aunt, passed away on the morning of Tuesday, Sept. 11, 2007, after a valiant battle with cancer.

Kimberly is survived by her loving husband, Matthew Scott, and their two children, Calvin Phillip and Faye Elaine; as well as her parents, Brad and Ruth Phelps and her seven siblings.

Born on March 26, 1983, in Salt Lake City, Kimberly lived true to her faith all of her life. She graduated with honors from Grantsville High School in 2001. She was awarded collegiate academic scholarships and received a degree in geography and world affairs from Brigham Young University in 2005. She enjoyed many lasting friendships throughout her life.

Kimberly married her true love on Feb. 13, 2004, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Her greatest joy and devotion was to her family. She was a loving and loyal wife and mother. Her presence in this life will be greatly missed.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, Sept. 14, 2007, at 11 a.m., at the Grantsville LDS Stake Center, 550 E. Durfee, with a viewing prior to services from 9:30 a.m. to 10:40 a.m.
