Cemetery roads are terrible

Why can’t most of the roadways in our sacred cemetery be resurfaced, not patched? They are in such terrible condition. You would think that the tax base of all the new businesses and homes that have been built, constructed and occupied in Tooele City could appropriate and finance more revenue to the cemetery budget. We have a beautiful, sacred Tooele City cemetery — excluding the terrible roadways. I applaud our cemetery sextons and workers for their hard work and dedication to try and keep it beautiful for us, but they need a higher yearly budget and financing to do it. I often wonder what visiting outsiders of Tooele think of our city and cemetery when they have to see and drive over those terrible roads that have been this way for a long time.
