I have to agree with TFCU's awful lending practices! I heard they gave huge construction loans to people WITHOUT a stitch of proof (no income verification loans??). Someone needs to look into that--especially if Bruce Bryan claimed they never participated in such loans. I wonder what their delinquency rate is for those loans and/or how many loans were returned back to the bank? If anyone has any info--you should post it!
