Sister Rebecca Mitchell has returned from serving in the France, Toulouse mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She is the daughter of Alan and Elizabeth Mitchell of Vernon. Rebecca will be speaking on Sunday, Jan. 20, at 10 a.m., in the Vernon Ward sacrament meeting. Currently, she is attending Utah State University in Logan.
