Hurrah for the person who wrote about the barking dogs (“Red tape protects barking dogs,” March 11). It’s about time dog owners took care of the problem. My neighbor’s dog has used my yard for his bathroom for the last two years. He lets him out real early in the morning so I can’t catch him, and I’m sure tired of cleaning up after him. They need to pass a law to make pet owners more responsible for their pets.
