Charlie Strickland is pleased to inform you that he is now a grandpa. Mieke Olivea Strickland was born on Dec. 11, 2007, at 1:34 p.m. She weighed in at 6 pounds even and is 18 inches long. Her proud mother is Shelby Strickland and she would like to thank Dr. Dalton, Dr. H all the nurses especially Cathy, also her mom, Tammy; dad, Charlie; and best buddy, Kelly Keele for helping her get through labor; also uncle, Branden; aunt, Meili; and uncle, Cody. Grandparents are Lee (deceased) and Karen Strickland, Sam and Sandy Johnson Brock (deceased); great-grandparents, VO and Evelyn Johnson, the late Tige and Idea Erickson of Grantsville, Irvin and Lavern (deceased) Byington, Frances (deceased) and Gary Shields, and Fern Bear (deceased).
