Dec. 28, 1952 - April 6, 2008

Our dear father, son, brother, grandfather and friend passed away Sunday due to medical complications. He left this world in peace and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Survived by his parents, Mel and Sue Terry, brother Jim, children Donna, Jenny (Ty), Derek (Angie) and his beautiful grandchildren Jaymz Reese; Jorden and Jakob Caldwell; Ashley, Lydia and Sera Jacobs; Viktorea, Adrienne, William and Eris Terry, as well as extended family and friends.

Preceded in death by his wife Shelly, sister Sandy Grayson and his grandmother Jane Sheffield.

We love you and will miss you dearly.

There will be a service in his honor in Tooele on April 9, at 6 p.m. at 411 E. Utah Ave.
