Born November 30, 1918 in Plano, Idaho. Died April 17, 2008 in Tooele. Buried April 21, in the Tooele City Cemetery.

Born to Emma Kate Squires and Sedley Williams Parkinson, the second of eleven children. Survived by four sisters and four brothers, his beloved wife, Eldora Ann Stallings, three sons Michael J, Mark Ray, Sedley William, five daughters Linda Radford, Betty Lords, LeAnn Pyle, Leda Supulveda, Maurine Brower, 38 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
